Waitlist Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. Phone number is optional. Our servers also receive your IP address so we can limit abuse (for example, too many submissions from the same network).

How we use it

We use this information to confirm you joined and to email you when FetchFiles is available to download on iOS and Android. If you give us a phone number, we may use it only as another way to reach you about availability. We do not send marketing text messages.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and this page does not include advertising or analytics scripts.

Who we share it with

We store waitlist submissions with our hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Supabase) so we can operate this site. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or we close the waitlist. IP addresses used for rate limiting are kept only for a short operational period.

Your choices

Email help@fetch-files.com to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information. Include the email address you used to join. Launch emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

If you live in California, you may also request to know what personal information we have collected about you. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

Children

This waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child joined, contact us and we will delete the information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
